InkTrak is a standalone workflow system, which creates CIP3/CIP4 data for CIP-ready presses. Based on the familiar hotfolder mechanism, InkTrak is capable to consume almost any kind of data formats destined to press, giving top versatility in every kind of setups. Using minimal system resources, it can be deployed on existing RIP computers, producing ink key data from PDFs (pre-RIP mode) or 1bit TIFFs (post-RIP mode) files.InkTrak Connect, a logical upgrade to the base software, in addition to creating a CIP3 file, comes with a hardware connection to the press console so that the CIP data is fed directly to the press. This low-cost solution will increase efficiency by adjusting the ink key presets automatically, allowing more time for finetuning and production. Available for most modern presses, including Heidelberg, KBA and Ryoby.
